Two buildings on this road that tell you more than any brochure
Skydove has no show flat, no render and no brochure. The same developer has two other projects on Sinhagad Road, and an hour spent in one of them is the best diligence available today.

Venkatesh Skydove has no show flat, no render, no elevation, no master plan and no brochure. There is genuinely nothing to look at.
Which makes the most useful hour you can spend on this project one that has nothing to do with this project. The same developer has built twice already on the same road.
Venkatesh Skydale
Beside Rajaram Bridge, at Hingne Khurd on Sinhagad Road. Its own project site describes four towers, 501 homes, 25 or more storeys, on seven acres.
Same land area as Skydove, roughly half the homes, and a 3, 4 and 5 BHK mix rather than 2, 3 and 4. It is the closest thing that exists to a reference building.
It also sits at a location that is due a Metro Line 4 station, which is a useful thing to stand next to while you think about the corridor.
Venkatesh Skydale, beside Rajaram Bridge on Sinhagad Road. This is Skydale, not Skydove. No imagery of Skydove exists. · Delivered project
Venkatesh Skylife
At Vadgaon Khurd, near Lokmat Press, also on Sinhagad Road. A 3 and 4 BHK scheme, listed as ongoing on the developer’s own website.
The important detail is that it carries MahaRERA registration P52100080415. That number is worth about fifteen minutes of your time, because it opens a file on the portal that no marketing page can edit.
The developer behind all three
Shree Venkatesh Buildcon Pvt. Ltd., an Ankush Asabe venture, operating in Pune since 2000 and marking twenty-five years in early 2026. Ankush B. Asabe, a civil engineer, is chairman and managing director.
The portfolio runs across Shivajinagar, Prabhat Road, Erandwane, Baner, Kharadi and Sinhagad Road. Skydove would be the third on this corridor.
One detail from the company’s own record is worth more than the awards it lists. It has publicly felicitated more than a hundred society committee members from projects it has already delivered. Whatever else that is, it means those societies exist, are formed, and are run by residents. That is the end state you are buying towards.
What is deliberately not on this page
You will find sites claiming this developer has completed 35 or more projects, 25 million square feet, and ten thousand happy owners. Those figures contradict the developer’s own website and its own launch material on another project.
Two incompatible sets of numbers means at least one is invented, so neither appears here. The developer page lists the portfolio the builder itself publishes, and stops there.
How to run the visit
Go alone. A visit arranged by a sales team goes to a project chosen by the sales team, and you meet residents who happen to be walking past.
Go on a Saturday morning. People are home, the society office is open, and nobody is in a hurry.
Ask three questions of any resident. When were you promised possession and when did you get it. What broke in the first two years and how did the builder respond. How did the handover to the residents’ association go.
Look at the parts nobody photographs. The basement, the service yard, the lift lobby on a high floor, the state of the external paint.
Ask the watchman about water. They always know, and they have no reason to shade it.
Why this beats everything else available today
Because the three things you are actually buying at this stage are the plot, the promoter and the declared date. Skydove has published no plot location and has no declared date, since it has no MahaRERA registration yet.
The promoter is the one of the three you can check today. Two of their buildings are standing on the road you are considering, and both let you in.
Seven acres, eleven towers, 1,050 homes: doing the arithmetic
The three numbers the developer has released tell you more about how Venkatesh Skydove will feel to live in than any amenity list would. Here is what they add up to.
Venkatesh Skydove: everything that has actually been released
Six figures exist for this project. Price, carpet areas, plans, amenities, possession and the RERA number do not. Here is the complete list, with what each gap means.
Sinhagad Road property rates in 2026, and why every site gives a different number
Four websites quote four rates for the same road, and the highest is nearly double the lowest. Here is what is actually being measured, and the one figure that is not an estimate.
