The project is pre-launch, and this site says so

No carpet areas, price list, sanctioned amenity schedule, floor plans, master plan or renders have been published for this project by the developer or by anyone else. The proposed amenity list published on this site came from the client and is labelled proposed wherever it appears. The floor plan sheets on this site are placeholders that say so; they carry no dimensions and no layout, because none has been issued.

Several websites currently ranking for this project do publish such details. Those figures are not sourced from the developer, and one of those sites publishes developer statistics that contradict the developer’s own website. We have not repeated them. Where this site shows nothing, it is because nothing verifiable exists, not because it has been left out.

It is not an offer

Nothing on this site constitutes an offer or a contract. Any purchase is governed solely by the agreement for sale and allotment letter signed between you and the developer, together with the applicable MahaRERA registration.

Where our figures come from

The acreage, tower count, floor count, configuration mix and possession date shown on this site were provided to us by the developer through our channel partnership. Nothing on this site is taken from a listing portal. Where a portal publishes a figure we could not source from the developer, that figure has been left out rather than repeated.

The December 2030 possession date is the developer’s current programme, not a committed date. Because Venkatesh Skydove is not registered with MahaRERA, no completion date has been declared to the regulator. The date that will bind is the one declared on the registration for the phase you buy in, once that registration exists.

The total number of homes has been removed rather than restated. The figure previously published for it came from the same source as the superseded acreage and tower count, and no corrected total has been issued.

The location page carries no distances or drive times at all. No street address has been published for Skydove, and a distance has to be measured from a point. Landmarks are named without figures rather than given invented ones. Confirm everything against the developer’s own documentation and the MahaRERA portal before you act on it.

Not registered with MahaRERA

Venkatesh Skydove has not been registered with MahaRERA. No registration number has been issued for it, and none is published anywhere on this site.

Under Section 3 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act 2016, a promoter may not advertise, market, book, sell or offer for sale any apartment in a project that is required to be registered until that registration is granted. Nothing on this site is an offer, and no booking, allotment or payment is being invited.

If anybody asks you for money in connection with this project, check the registration status yourself at maharera.maharashtra.gov.in first. Some other websites already publish a registration status for Skydove; at the time of writing none of them shows a number, and one of them states outright that the project is not registered.
